How do you leave a job, that you really like because you need more pay?
Leo Mom asked:
Been at the same job for 6 year, have not gotten a raise in three…no benefits, no vacations, sick pay, insurance. Have not gotten a paid day off except legal holidays for 6 years. No raise in three. I am making $9.00 as an accountant doing the same work as my boss….no place for advancement but i like my boss and clients!

Not worth it.. Apply for another job. Tell your boss, this company is offering you more pay, and you’re gonna try it out.
keep in touch!

Tell your boss, if you don’t get a raise and some benefits, you’re going to have to look for somewhere else to work.

If you like what you are doing as an accountant, I am sure you can find another company that will pay you better and provide benefits and give you the same job satisfaction.

$9.00 to do accounting work? If you have any kind of college degree you are SERIOUSLY underpaid. You have to decide what’s more important — eating everyday, or having a nice boss (as if the only nice boss in the world is the one you currently have) — and then follow your conscience.

It’s called 2 week resignation. You have to look out for yourself and let them pay someone not as dedicated as you are those wages!
