Hilarious movie scene?

Does anyone know what movie it is where there is a scene where before flying a flight and crashing, the pilot goes through a series of typical bad luck things like walking under a ladder and breaking a mirror and says he will sign his life insurance and tell the answer to global warming when he lands??
