EBAY: Is my package lost or is delivery just slow due to holiday season?

I ordered 4 posters and a magazine. I don’t believe the seller is scamming me or anything because she has 2071 positive feedback and 0 negative feedback. Did my package get lost or is it just slow because its close to the holidays? What can I do to try to find my package?
It was sent from Japan to NY,USA

Email the seller and ask them to trace shipment However not knowing where you are from the orient it normally could take three weeks it’s been four with a national holiday taking half of one of them and cheap o you without paying extra postage to speed up the delivery.
