That cab fare should have been between $38.25 and $43.25 and average fare. you got a great deal you got charged $1.88 @ mile you didn’t get charged a airport gate fee. Great deal but i Don’t know what the drivers certificate of liabilty is for the company.

That seems about right. Cabs charge about $2 or $2.50 just to plop your behind in the seat, then it’s usually from $1.50-$2.00 a mile.

Your first mistake is trusting Mapquest. It is rarely accurate. It probably won’t cost you that much…but prices have gone up of course, because of gas.
