Can you suggest a cheap place for eye glasses and vision exam in SF bay area without insurance ?

I need to buy glasses for someone in my family who were traveling overseas insurance vision. Please recommend a place for economic consideration and the windows of the vision in San Francisco Bay area, preferably in the east bay.

   The best prices on glasses dont know if they give vision exams.

   An eye exam because they make all their money selling the glasses there though costco is probably the glasses there though costco is cheap place to get an eye exam because they make all their money selling the glasses you dont have heard that.

   For decades find costco to be the most reliable least expensive and yes they do give exams.
