any time you feel like something is wrong with your body you should see a doctor about it but go in prepared to answer questions such as when your last headach was , how long did it last, when was your last period, etc. so keep a journal for about a month or two before going in to see them so that you can show him any patterns you may be having this will help to narrow down the diagnosis

With a lack of ability to lose weight, migraines and irregular periods, i'd have to suggest PCOS. Google it and see what you think.

I'm not really sure what you are asking...migraines can sometimes be avoided by changes in diet. Many migraines are food allergies in disguise. You might try keeping a headache diary. This would consist of when the headache occurred, how intense it was, what kind of pain you had...throbbing, stabbing and any other symptoms associated with it. Along with this, keep a food diary. When you have the headaches over a period of a month or two while keeping the diary, go through it along with your food diary and see if there is any contributing factor...like for example, every time you drink wine you get a migraine or every time you eat cheese (wine and cheese by the way are considered to be contributing factors for lots of migraines). As far as the weight gain...this could also be related to food allergies.
