1 There is most probably life on other planets. Depending upon whether one defines life on the basis of our human paradigm(Carbon based). However, we suggest that much of this resolution, as to whether there is or isn’t, depends also on whether there is or isn’t cycyanogenic water. This more than anything else would be inclusive of “human”life form. The temperture of the planets analysed would certainly play a part in terms of life as we know it. There is also know way of knowing as to whether there are alternate time lines to our own human development, which could be more evolutionary advanced or more primitive or both with respect to the comparative appearances with out own species. For example: communication in the more evolutionarily advanced species on other planets would probably have vestigial ears, eyes and tongues there we do. Advanced communication would quite possibly through natural selection replicated out vestiges such as ears, eyes, and mouths. “language” as we know it, may certainly exist on another plane. Telepathy and clairvoyance might possibly be the norm as a result of an advance in evolution to Carbon based species similar to ours. There are an infinite number of things, which would in and of themselves determine variations, replications and fading leading to extinction of body parts and vestiges either not developed yet or have become non-essential vestiges because of differences in space time and evolution. The other questions:

Since the light we percieve teloscopically may have vanished throunsands of years before it reaches our eyes.
