I live in Germany now, and I am going to visit my childhood home in the summer for 40 days. My German insurance doesn’t cover me in the USA, and I am not eligible for a lot of travel insurance because I am a US citizen, and I still use my parents address as my legal address.

I just want to be insured so that if I am in a car accident, my life is not wreaked forever.
Oh sorry. I am only concerned about health insurance. I don’t want to be injured badly in a car accident and have millions of dollars worth of debts.
