Is Rental car insurance for small business?

We have 10 employees who travel each week and the cost of most insurance rental car the rental agency is at least $ 40 per day. All travel expenses they step directly to the customer with proof of receipt. Trust in credit cards and personal insurance for employees is becoming an increasingly risky affair. I was wondering if anyone has any info regarding the car rental insurance for a small company, if there is any company that you might recommend.
