We are planing to go there on our own, and stay for 5 days, but we dont know what we should do because this will be our first time to travel. Aside from passport and pocket money, what else should we prepare? How much pocket money is needed? Do we have to get travel insurance? Do we have to present medical certificate at the immigration? Is it required that we already have hotel reservations before we leave? How is the immigration at Clark Airport? What do they usualy ask? How can we avoid having problems at the immigration?

It will be our first time to travel that is why I have a lot of questions…Can anyone help me please…?

My parents will start living in the US several months a year or more as legal visitors to live with us until they get green cards and can move here permanently. They are close 56, 59 years old. How do I go about getting them health insurance so unexpected health concerns don’t ruin them, they can get their prescriptions filled w/o paying an arm and a leg, etc?

Are there specialized US insurance companies that offer insurance to non-residents that’s worth anything? I don’t need the gimmicky “travel insurance” that won’t cover anything or require outrageous deductibles and paperwork sent to some tax haven country … I need a reliable US insurer who can be found, operates under laws of US, has customer service who can explain their policies, etc.
