I won some items off ebay and the seller shipped it on November 12th via something called small packet which didn’t include insurance or tracking (which she said would take 7-10 days) It is now December 4th and I still have not received it!

I ordered 4 posters and a magazine. I don’t believe the seller is scamming me or anything because she has 2071 positive feedback and 0 negative feedback. Did my package get lost or is it just slow because its close to the holidays? What can I do to try to find my package?
