You should look for a “package” travel insurance plan. Those plans include baggage insurance which is a form of property coverage that is limited to personal effects and luggage. Most plans will either limit the amount they will pay for loss of electronic devices or will exclude them entirely.

Certain credit card companies offer travel insurance when you purchase your flight ticket with their credit card, such as American Express, and maybe Discover Card. So, check with your credit card company and see what they offer.
Or, check with your insurance agent (auto, home, etc.).
