Travel Insurance. How hard is it to get a claim paid for travel insurance?

My partner died suddenly and now they want a medical cert filled by his G.P. Where do I get a G.P to fill this in as my partner was not ill.

   Well, you won’t. You’ll need the autopsy report and death certificate. AND, you’ll need to figure out who the last doctor was, that he saw.

   Just because he wasn’t ill, doesn’t mean he didn’t have anything wrong with him medically.

   You’re not going to get a ‘death benefit’ off that travel insurance, most likely.
